Every product that is created by Alaine's Treasures, unless explicitly stated, are not intended for children 3 and under.

At this time made to order products have a turn around time of 3-7 days BEFORE being shipped.

In stock items are shipped out 2-3 days of ordering, however, due to Covid this time frame may change. In the event that it does, I will email you regarding your order.

I can accept returns or exchanges within seven days of when you receive your package. (Shipping charges for returned items is the buyer's responsibility)
Damage caused due to USPS I sadly have no control over, but would do an exchange if the product is damaged.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not entitled to a refund. However, I am willing to remake items for a fee.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
