Every product created by Alaine's Treasures, unless explicitly stated, is not intended for children three and below.
I also recommend that jewelry/decor/accessories only be gifted to an older or more mature child at the parent/guardian's discretion.
I can accept returns or exchanges within seven days of when you receive your package. (Shipping charges for returned items is the buyer's responsibility)
Damage caused due to USPS I sadly have no control over, but would do an exchange if the product is damaged.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not entitled to a refund. However, I am willing to remake items for a fee.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Final sale items are generally all OOAK (one of a kind). This means I probably can't make another because I don't have the materials to remake a piece. Or it's an older style, and I have since moved on to making newer things.
