In stock items are shipped out 2-3 days of ordering, however, due to Covid this time frame may change. In the event that it does, I will email you regarding your order.

I am currently only shipping things in the U.S. due to the restrictions in other countries.

I can accept returns or exchanges within seven days of when you receive your package. (Shipping charges for returned items is the buyer's responsibility)
Damage caused due to USPS I sadly have no control over, but would do an exchange if the product is damaged. 
Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not entitled to a refund. However, I am willing to remake items for a fee. 
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

You'll want to take off your jewelry while you exercise, sleep, or shower. It will prolong its life and will reduce the risk of breakage.
