I am able to accept returns or exchanges within a 7 day period of when you receive your package. (Shipping charges for returned items is the buyer's responsibility)

Damage caused due to USPS I sadly have no control over, but would be willing to do an exchange in the event that the product is damaged. 

Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not entitled to a refund, however, I am willing to remake items for a fee. 

Custom orders cannot be exchanged, or returned unless damage through shipping has occurred.

At this time I am only shipping things in the U.S. due to the restrictions in other countries.

You'll want to take off your jewelry while you exercise, sleep, or shower. It will prolong its life and will reduce the risk of breakage.
